No Pets allowed. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed.
No Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or candles allowed inside the home.
Home may not be used for any sort of business.Social Gatherings: While parties are not allowed, we welcome small, respectful get-togethers with friends or family. Please be mindful of noise and building quiet hours.
Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Blue (Recycling) – 2nd & 4th Monday
Place bins by the curve side and they must be brought in by the end of the day.
Do not throw garbage directly into the garbage bin, please use garbage bags.

A/C filter is required to be changed every 90 days.
Smart Lock batteries need to be replaced as needed.

You are welcomed to receive mail and packages at the home. We’re not responsible for lost mail or packages.
Mail & Package Courtesy Rules
Respect others’ deliveries – Please do not open, move, or tamper with mail or packages addressed to someone else.
Designated area – All mail and deliveries should be placed in the shared mail area or designated package spot near the entryway.
Timely pickup – Collect your mail and packages promptly to keep the area tidy and prevent clutter.
Shared space awareness – Do not block walkways or common areas with large boxes or deliveries.
Outgoing mail – If placing outgoing mail, ensure it’s clearly labeled and placed in the correct location for pickup.
Wrong deliveries – If you receive a package or mail not addressed to you, please notify the addressee or leave it in the communal mail area with a note.
Secure deliveries – For valuable items, consider using delivery lockers or signature confirmation to prevent mix-ups.

Do not overload machine.
If using a Pod, place it into the washer drum before placing your clothes. Do not place the pod in the soap dispenser tray.
Be courteous, please remove clothes promptly.
Be patient, give others 15-20 minutes to remove clothes.
Do not remove other’s clothing from machine.
Clean lint tray after each dry cycle.
Check your pockets.
Clean up any spills.
Be respectful of the other resident’s clothes and time.
Failure to follow the communal laundry rules will result in suspension or loss of access privileges.
